From the series - Our one world
Mornington is a large square 100 cm x 100 cm abstract painting from my 2021 series ‘Our one world’. This series is inspired by our land, our skies and our oceans.
Mornington is inspired by the calmness and serenity of the seas. Strong breezes, coastlines, a sense of freedom. That emotion, that feeling of vastness, a person in awe, is precious.
Mornington is highly textured, offers many layers of tactile points of interest and swashes of blues and cool greys.
