HOW DO I BOOK AN ART JAMMING SESSION?
You can book a session online and make payment via credit card, PayPal or transfer via Paynow to UEN 201913176M Art Cetera Pte Ltd.
To confirm your art jamming slot, please send us a WhatsApp or call 8111 4833 for us to confirm session availability ( just in case we are hosting a private birthday party at the same time). We would be so terribly sorry to inconvenience you and want to avoid that. Your time is as precious as your support for our little studio, and we appreciate both.
ARE THE CLASSES SUITABLE FOR CHILDREN?
Most of our classes are suitable for children 7 and above. Feel free to book a slot for you and your child and enjoy the workshop together! We do hold workshops specifically tailored for children of different age groups, please do check our Facebook and Instagram and this website for school holiday programs.
I HAVE ALWAYS “FAILED” IN ART AND AM A TOTAL CRAFT NOOB, CAN I JOIN THE WORKSHOPS?
Yes of course! Most of our courses are designed with beginners in mind. We tailor the workshops according to everyone’s abilities and interest. We will label classes for intermediate levels when necessary. Come by and learn something new and be inspired!
How you were graded or how you painted at school years ago doesn't reflect your current skills and interest! We all evolve through time, and what's most important is to enjoy the creation process and have fun!
DO I NEED TO BRING ANYTHING WITH ME?
All our courses provide the materials required for the workshop. Just bring yourself! Should we require you to bring your own boxes, or certain containers for transportation purposes, in the name of reducing waste and recycling (save the polar bears), we will most definitely drop you a note.
IS PARKING AVAILABLE AT THE STUDIO?
Yes, visitor parking lots are available and it's free! We are located along a row of commercial units at 110 Faber Drive Singapore 129421.
ART ETC IS LOCATED WITHIN A CONDOMINIUM? HOW DO I ACCESS THE STUDIO?
ART ETC is located along a row of commercial units open to the public.
There is a bus stop right along the AYE and 2 mins away from the AYE and it's serviced by many bus routes, such as bus 154, 198, 201, 97. The closest MRT station is Clementi.
WORKSHOP SIGN-UP CONFIRMATION
Your space in each workshop or art jamming session is only confirmed after full payment has been received, or if alternative payment arrangement has been agreed upon.
After payment is made online, you should receive an automated email. Please jot down the workshop date on your personal calendar. If in doubt, just drop us a line at 8111 4833 or the.art.etc@gmail.com.
No reminders will be sent. Don't forget to show up, it's no fun for us to have collected payment and not have the chance to meet you and share the workshop experience!
TRANSFER OF WORKSHOP ATTENDANCE & REFUNDS
All workshops fees are non-refundable once paid.
If you are unable to attend the workshop due to any reason, ART ETC encourages you to transfer your paid session to your friend. If you have transferred your session to a friend, please keep us informed via email the.art.etc@gmail.com or drop us a message at 8111 4833 so we can welcome them with the right name!
Don't let us be caught up in an awkward name position, it's already so tough trying to recall my grocery list.
CANCELLATION OR POSTPONEMENT OF WORKSHOP
In the event that the workshop is unable to proceed due to unforeseen circumstances, due to minimum class sizes not being met, or the teacher-in-charge falling sick, ART ETC will process a full refund of the workshop fees paid or you can choose to roll your session to another workshop of the same value.
SAFETY
By booking to attend our workshops or entering into our studio, it is deemed that you and your child will apply all safety precautions. Our company and teachers are not responsible for any injury that may occur within the studio or arising from any activity.
Our studio space is accessed via a spiral staircase from the ground level. We do not encourage any children to use the stairs as a playground facility or improper use of the stairs for their amusement. We encourage all parents to look after their children from misuse of the studio's materials and facilities.

You may choose to unsubscribe at any time by choosing the unsubscribe option or sending us an email directly to the.art.etc@gmail.com. We don't want to bombard you if you are not keen, just let us know!
